RowCoach
RowCoach is a high-performance rowing app built to give athletes and coaches real-time training insight without the usual complexity or cost. It combines live performance data (such as stroke rate, speed and acceleration) with reliable data sharing so coaches can view key stats in real time. Built with a product mindset, it balances advanced performance analytics with a simple, usable interface.
Kompact9
For Kompact9, AstraVia developed practical internal tools to reduce operational drag and improve execution speed. This included custom stock management and logistics workflows, plus automation that integrates directly with spreadsheets to keep the team moving without heavy admin. We also built targeted webscraping and data collection tooling to support retail outreach - turning what would normally be days of manual research into a repeatable, reliable process.
WrapAroundCare4u
WraparoundCare4u needed a secure, structured way to manage SEND, safeguarding and medical information at scale. AstraVia designed and built a complete frontend and backend system that centralised key information, reduced manual input, and improved day to day visibility for staff. The result was a process that became far easier to run and maintain - combining custom software with an interface staff could adopt quickly.
